Can constant throat clearing (worst after meals) be due to heart burn?

does it feel like there is something stuck in the throat?? like a sensation of fullness?? If thats the case, then it most likely is related to GORD (GERD).. Its called globus and is common with reflux disease. Go to the doctor, have testing for H.pylori.
