It's not good it's just alright because Heart of Clear Water does exactly what Ice Blast User Rice does but a bit better; there are better cards you could equip it to cards like a monster with high defence to protect your life points even more anything and whose only weakness is spell and traps or cards essential for a combo.Is ice blast user rice a good card to use in combination with the equip spell card heart of clear water?
