you don't get worried ...first u should consult a specialist. they would ask u to do an eco test...so that they can determin how big is the hole and more details..if the hole is too small like 3.3 mm you don't have to worry because it get healed as the baby grow ..only u should give the child good nutrious food so that child get good weight..but if the hole is big doctors may suggest for either surgery or medicines accourding to the how big is hole.surgery is not so big but its better to do as soon as possible if the doctor suggest for that...u should...keep alert always about uer child...don't worry may god bless uer child
